Community

Useful communities are built by contribution.

You do not need another group chat to mute. Global MSP Community is organised around specific reasons to take part: contribute evidence, compare an operating problem with peers, meet people at a briefing, or help make industry knowledge better.

Who it is for: MSP/MSSP owners and teams are at the centre. Buyers, researchers, investors and technology partners are welcome when they add useful context rather than treating the community as a lead list.
Global MSP Research Panel

Answer short questions. Get the findings back.

The panel is our recurring practitioner sample. It helps us see whether something is a loud anecdote or a pattern worth investigating.

A few minutes at a time

Most pulse questions should be answerable quickly. Longer interviews are invited separately.

See what peers report

Contributors receive findings and invitations to research briefings rather than only requests for more data.

Set the research agenda

Panel members can suggest questions and vote on which issues deserve deeper work.

Peer roundtables

Small rooms for questions you would not ask from a conference stage.

Roundtables are typically 12–20 people with one facilitator and one issue. They may use Chatham House Rule where that helps participants speak candidly.

Commercial

How are you pricing this?

Compare packaging, discount pressure, renewal behaviour and how others define value.

Operations

Where is delivery getting stuck?

Service desk, stack complexity, documentation, automation, onboarding and customer fit.

Leadership

What changes at the next stage?

Hiring managers, professionalising sales, acquisitions, succession and moving from technician to CEO.

Other ways to contribute

Bring something concrete.

The best contribution is specific experience, evidence or access to a question the industry needs answered.

Community standards

People should be able to participate without becoming inventory.

Member contact details are not a general prospecting asset. Technology partners can support research and events, but follow-up is opt-in and sponsored work is labelled.

No unsolicited pitch loops

Meeting someone at an event is not permission for an automated sequence.

No disguised sponsorship

Commercial support and conflicts are disclosed where relevant.

No synthetic authority

No invented quotes, fake member numbers or “research” claims without a method behind them.
